BLS Skills Testing

• This course is designed to meet Part 2 (practice) and Part 3 (Testing) of the HeartCode BLS online program. This skills session will cover the practical component required by the American Heart Association to receive a BLS Provider eCard.

• Students will need to present their certificate from part one of the class and will then be tested following the prescribed criteria:  Adult, child and infant CPR; one and two rescuer CPR; foreign body airway obstruction, mouth-to-mask and bag mask ventilation, and use of an automatic external defibrillator. 

• Upon Successful completion of the course, students will receive an American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard that is valid for 2 years. All eCards are typically emailed out to students the same day of the class.
